Explosiv! is the latest offering from Weiss Cannon and is poised to set a new benchmark for multifilament string performance.
CONSTRUCTION: Explosiv!‘s core is comprised of over 1200 ultra thin, high-elastic twisted fibers coated with a new, unique resin. A proprietary mixture consisting of molybden, resins, and other nano additives is used to manufacture Explosiv!
Explosiv! is not polyurethane based like many other multifilament strings currently on the market.
ADVANTAGE: A multifilament string that offers premium performance from all areas of the court. Explosiv! keeps its playing properties well beyond any reasonable expectation whilst displaying excellent durability with minimal string movement.
GAUGE: 16 ga, 1.30mm only (Note: Because of the high elasticity of this string, the actual performance is comparable to a 17ga string.)
COLOUR: Butter
TENSION: Weiss Cannon recommends that this string be strung at 10% higher than normal if the player seeks better control , but only 6% higher than normal if more power is required.
